We LOVE our products and hope you love them too. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 3 weeks of the original purchase date and receive a full refund less shipping costs. We want you to be satisfied with your order and will do everything possible on our end to make sure that is the case!

Processing Your Return

Once you have confirmed you’ve met the above return policy requirements, please email us at customersupport@tennysonred.com to process your return.

Exchanges

If you’re having second thoughts on the headband style you’ve purchased, we will happily exchange it for an alternate item within 3 weeks of the original purchase date.

As the buyer, you will be responsible for the item return shipping fees. The original item must not be worn or damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging otherwise an exchange will not be processed.

Transit of Returns and Exchanges

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item for refund or exchange, ensure safe delivery by choosing a postage option that offers tracking.
